Reservations held for 7 days awaiting deposit.
Deposit of one night or 25%, whichever is greater.
Balance due on arrival.
No refund 7 days prior to arrival.
50% refund 15 days prior to reservation
Rates subject to change and may be higher on holidays, weekends & special events.

All rooms are for 1 or 2 people.
Additional occupants $15.00 per day. Rollaways available for $15.00 per day.

2 night minimums in season weekends.
3 night minimums on holiday weekends.
Refund of deposit if canceled more than 30 days prior to reservation.
Cash or credit card accepted for deposit.
Credit card will be charged for cancellations
