inngoers, hereby making it one of the top 3 percent of bed and breakfasts and country inns

 On
December 21, 2004 the Manchester Inn B&B of Ocean Grove, NJ received
approval from the Historical Preservation Commission to install the first Alternative
energy source in Neptune Township. The Inn is to install 60 solar panels to help
with the overall electric usage at the Inn. Installation is to begin in early spring 2005.
This will be the first commercial installation of solar energy in
Monmouth county, installed by Ecological Systems of Neptune, NJ. ES has completed 100's of
projects in New Jersey and believes that Neptune and Ocean Grove will be the next growth
area on installations.
